Refund Policy – Mayuri Sarees

At Mayuri Sarees, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are processed.


Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Order cancelled before dispatch

To be eligible, the product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or washed sarees
  • Products without original tags
  • Customized or altered items (fall/pico done)
  • Items purchased during sale or discount

Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, please email us at mayurisarees92@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for refund
  • Clear images of the product

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where available.


Refund Timeline

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The amount will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.


Shipping Charges

  • No charges for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
  • For other approved cases, a nominal deduction of ₹100–₹150 may apply

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or payment method
  • Contact your bank or payment provider
  • If the issue persists, reach out to us via email
