Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy – Mayuri Sarees

At Mayuri Sarees, we are committed to offering high-quality sarees crafted with care. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a smooth return or exchange process.

Returns
You may request a return within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Be in its original condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging

Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product has a manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect item delivered

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery and are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or washed sarees
  • Products without original tags
  • Customized or altered items (including fall and pico)
  • Items purchased during sale or discount offers

Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at mayurisarees92@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Clear images of the product

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where available.

Refunds
After the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Reverse Pickup Charges

  • No charges for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
  • For other returns, a nominal fee of ₹100–₹150 may be deducted

Additional Information

  • Minor color variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences
  • Handloom and handcrafted sarees may have slight irregularities, which are a natural part of the fabric
